FLB Overseas Employment Agency Inc. is a legally Licensed Employment Agency in the Philippines and has been operating for 19 years. In 2006 the company was purchased by a successful Australian businessman (Gray Goodwin) who is now a permanent resident in Manila. The company is therefore now run by Australians who are permanently located in the Philippines.

In October last year we opened a licensed Australian agency, FLB Australia.

FLB Australia is run by Richard Burley. Over the past 20 years Richard has held a variety of senior management roles in both large and small businesses, and for 5 years was General Manager of Drake International (the International Recruitment Company). With Gray running the sourcing business in the Philippines and Richard running the supply business in Australia, FLB offers a unique end-to-end Australian business model operating to Australian Quality Standards.
