This is the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to in my life. First of all the building looks dirty and unprofessional And very cheap. The staffs are rude and never keep things in order. There is no point in making an appointment because they let all the people they know push in to the front of the line. I called to check if they got y X-ray and told me they had not. Turns out the staff could not be bothered looking as they had it the whole time. The doctor never remembers you and doesn't even read through your file to know your medical history. I have had the same issue for nearly 8 months because the doctor doesn't bother investigating, I had to demand an X-ray for my chest problem. After this last visit I will change doctors. I do not recommend anybody go there if they want a caring doctor and good service.
I'm sorry you had that experience. I've been seeing the Dr there since I was about 7 years old, with my whole family. I'm 26 now, and I hadn't seen them in maybe 10 years as I've moved all over Sydney and overseas over the years, but I went to see them a few weeks ago, and said "long time no see" - still remembers me and my family. Always been a great, honest doctor. Always gives us what we need and looks after our best interests. I know, the receptionists over time can be a bit of handful - you just have to work around them. But the DR is trustworthy, and that's what's important to me. Sorry again that you had that experience.
