Recently I went into a photography competition by fletchers to win an action camera later they called me up and said I had come first prize and to come Into the store so I did, the man at the counter walked to the storage room, grabbed an old camera box and gave it to me I was shocked I told him a ladie on the phone said I won a GoPro he yelled to his employees "who promised her a GoPro" no one answered so he smirked, I walked off annoyed by how terrible I had been treated I opened the camera box and there was a 2008 fe-20 Olympus brand camera turning it on it said memory full, I checked the display menu the camera had someone else's pictures on it taken in 2014 that were blurry this is the worst customer service I have received,checking facebook he had posted who won and I was not there.
This is a great place to have you digital photos, film and slides printed. The service is very good, with willing and knowledgeable staff willing to answer any question or query. The only problem that i could find was that their stock were a bit out-dated and expensive.
