The hairdresser I had was very friendly and able to talk up a storm. She spoke to me in length about the kind of style I wanted. She was very thorough when washing and preparing my hair for the trim/style. The end result was a bit disappointing. The style was very nice but it was much, much shorter than I had said I wanted.
