It feels good because it is goodFlexi Fit Training provides onsite health & wellbeing to businesses across the coast. Services include seated massage, wellness workshops, group fitness and yoga.
Our goal is to improve the health & wellbeing of staff at work by encouraging a happy, healthy working environment. Through education around nutrition, mindfulness and exercise we hope to raise awareness in regard to the stress related issues that impact on us both mentally and physically.
Flexi Fit Training also has a studio located on Short Street, Nambour. With over a dozen classes to choose from including massage and personal training.
