I had a simple epoxy job done on a concrete floored warehouse and there was no grinding or acidwash done (even though this is industry practice and I did pay enough to have it done) and the epoxy ended up being two different colours. It is really annoying to have to view this poor work on a daily basis. I contacted John multiple times to have it rectified and he said he would come and fix it and never showed up.
