Flick Anticimex

We have been using Flick Pest Control since 2005 when we discovered termites in our home. We decided to pay the money and have the Exterra Termite Monitoring, interception & Baiting program. We have and are paying a lot of money each year to protect out asset (our home) and we do expect a little bit of services to come from Flick Pest Control, like call us when the inspections are due. Let me tell you that the service hasn't always been bad. It has only been since this year. They forgot our annual inspection and didn't even send us a contract agreement. Lucky I remembered. I had to chase them to get the contract agreement sent to me by email. Our normal staff came out and did the annual inspection and then two weeks later when the money hadn't come off my visa, I had to chase them to take the payment off my visa. Useless!! Did pest control including ants spiders, mice, fleas etc. Had them out 3 times in 1 year and spent the whole time with all the same pests. Hard to contact them to get them out. Have been trying to reach them to complain but each person denies I have even called to make a complaint (management on holiday). One good point was the technician who came out, he was great and professional.
