Flight Centre Ascot

This was the first time I booked a holiday through Flight Centre - I usually organise everything myself but due to the fact that it was my first time up north, I thought I would give them a try. First of all, I was forced to make payment earlier than was stated on my Invoice (I am assuming this was to meet monthly targets for the employee) Once I made payment, the service became very poor. Multiple emails and phone calls were ignored when I asked about hiring a car and I ended up having to do this myself! I also enquired about pick up and drop off from our hotel for 2 day trips that were organised - no reply. I then had to email the business directly who the day trips are through and I was told that these had been organised - why could Flight Centre not tell me this!? Also when I went to pick up the tickets, they were not ready even though I phoned them days earlier and told them when I would be there.
