Flight Centre Eastgardens A

Will never use flight centre again worst experience with a travel agent.
Asked to change flight dates, couldn't get confirmation so they said they'd call me the following day with confirmation. Still waiting on that call one week later. When I went into flight centre the day I was ment to fly to ask why I didn't get a call or email about the change of dates. They couldn't answer the question.
So unprofessional!!!!
