Flight Centre Jamison Street

Really happy - I find the staff very patient and tend to my needs well. I like the fact I can reserve a booking with having to fully commit for 24 hours (gave me time to discuss itinerary with my partner). Only caution is that once you book, you are committed. Changes once you pay deposit will incur charges.

3 flights to Ayers Rocks on Virgin...but going direct would have been cheaper. When I questioned this was told "it's my job to get the lowest price, and then they will match it". But the staff I dealt with was very friendly and nice!!

He got me the best price, some great inclusions & walked me through all the conditions, extras. Overall very happy with the service received & can't wait for our trip

My experience with Flight Center is that it depends entirely on the travel agent you get. At this particular location I have had excellent sucess with senior team member Verity - go in and ask for her. Friendly, quick service, listens to what you need and delivers. Thanks to Verity at this Flight Center we had a perfect, seamless holiday in South Africa.
