Flight Centre Miranda Fair

My wife visited this branch today and the travel consultant was not helpful and a bit arrogant.
Although the company offers price matching and even price beating (based on a genuine quote), she made it look like we're asking for too much and seemed very reluctant and unhappy to do it. At the end to put us off even more, she insisted on charging $50 booking fees per ticket and when my wife questioned this fee and mentioned that we've booked several times at the southgate office and never paid this fee, the ruthless reply was that charging or waiving the fee is up to the consultant and she's not happy to waive it!!!
If you're having a bad day , you better go home rather than taking it out on the cutomers
