My son recently booked a trip with my daughter. Tragically she passed away before they could enjoy it. We are all shocked & devastated. Sarah at Flight Centre, Narellan sorted out necessary amendments fuss free. I then found out Flight Centre Narellan had very kindly donated to a Go Fund Me that my friends had started for us. I was totally blown away by their generosity especially after only meeting them I think once. In the most tragic time of my life this bit of kindness has touched my heart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I will always highly recommend Flight Centre Narellan.
Initial contact was good.Nothing but unprofessional and poor customer service from that point.It was a group booking for 12 ladies and the first cruise for the majority of these ladies.We haven't sailed yet ,let's hope all of the problems we have encountered do not spoil this.
