Flight Centre Northland

Bad experience, but it was turned around by another customer service consultant, hence 1 additional star, but I am most likely done booking through Flight centre, I rather do it myself.

I booked our trip to Fiji in November 2011 to travel in May 2012. They had all our details for 5 months and still messed the booking with airline up and if I hadn't called the airline myself just to double check everything, we wouldn't even know about the mistake and would be sent home on the day of flight with accomodation ...read more
