Visited the shop to get advise and book our family holiday. We were met with arrogant and dismissive staff not wanting to help our. We were pointed to the company website for the information we needed.. walked out in disbelief of the lack of basic customer service.. we did our research online and found better deals in luxury escapes and webjet.. you lost our business now and in the future flight centre

Lovley staff members. The girl who is handling my partners & I europe trip is just lovley. Her name is Mollie. They do work on commission but even when I said I just wanted some questions answered & that I had booked somewhere else they were more than happy to give me good answers- hence why They are now where I spend most of my money!
