Not happy Jan. My first inquiry and quote for this trip to Ayers Rock was made with Jamie Lee Lawson, April 2016. When I called to speak to Jamie Lee to organise to book, she was on leave. Genna Jackson said she would be happy to continue the booking. So I went ahead with it. Not until picking up my paperwork did I find that Genna had booked the wrong airfare, the airfare was always with checked baggage. When I pointed this out, I was told she could add the baggage or I could either way there would be an extra charge both ways.
I have since added extra baggage at a cost of $112.00 . This actually brings the cost of the fare to more than the original fare with checked baggage .
