I went there with my Mum for lunch on Sunday afternoon 2nd April 2023 and I had a Blue Grenadier plus a Spring Roll to the home and my Mum had a Flake and Vere had a flake as well. We got minimum chips but we didn't enjoy it because the Fish terrible and the Chips were cold and soggy also the Spring Roll tasted terrible so I definitely would recommend going to Torquay Fish and Chips because their Fish and Chips are cooked to perfection.

Went there because bell st was full. Would have to be worst experience. Ended up throwing out half. Burger with the lot was simply awful, grilled flake were watery presuming must have been frozen prior which suggests not fresh. Dim sims were not even dim sims not sure in fact what they were but terrible anyway. Potato cakes awful possibly chips average but you don’t get many as minimum. All in all worst experience. I’ll drive to grovedale in future which seems to be best out of them all.

Very average, not impressed with small chips whatever that means, I thought minimum chips was std terminology. Probably end up driving to Grovedale in future.

Absolutely tender flake & blue grenadier with a lovely light crispy batter. Enjoyed the Dim Sims in batter, however prefer a south Melbourne Market steamed Dim Sims any day. Chips were the let down with a few crisp ones and the rest a bit soggy, although nothing was greasy (Yeah!). It was a quiet day and we were early so I was expecting top notch food. Prices were what I expected to pay and service was good.
