One of Adelaide's leading pole and dance schools - we have classes for ALL AGES, SHAPES AND SIZES!Flirty Fitness is a non-industry based pole dancing school aimed to provide a dance and fitness based focus with a reputable and highly qualified school.
With highly qualified and skilled instructors, you can ensure your going to get the most from your workout whilst having FUN and keeping FIT.
We provide a variety of classes ranging from our specialty pole dancing through to:

PRE-SEASON Core and Flexibility Training
(MALE AND FEMALE)
We provide classes for all ages and fitness types ranging from Beginners, Intermediate 1, 2 and 3 along with the Advanced and Competitive levels for those who want to take it more seriously.
We provide the various levels to our classes to allow our students the options to move up the levels or simply continue to focus on maintaining their fitness.

I have been to two differnt pole school in Adelaide and found the other schoo to be very competitive. I had heard nothing but great reports about Flirty Fitness and even though its a 50 min drive I had to atlest try it.
Im soo glad I did the studio is so warming and everyone there is so helpful and friendly. The coaches are amazing and Alex the owner would have to be one of the most friendly caring and supportive people ive ever met. This is no judgement.
