Make no mistake - this is not the company it once was when Pete was the business owner. The product is now substandard and the service from the new business owner Brendan is beyond dismal. We are now down $26k and 5 months for a simple warehouse floor that was poorly finished (photos attached) and should have taken a week. There was a great urgency to be paid (we paid in two days), but no urgency to deliver or fix the glaringly obvious issues with the job. Instead of owning it and rectifying, we were met with intimidation, aggression and a completely unprofessional approach.
