Richard was great on the initial consultation. He was on time and considerate of the fact that we needed to leave quickly. I was particularly impressed with they way theey kept to times and dates as this is an isue I have had with trades in the past.
The quality of the flooring is great and the workmanship too (no troubles with expansion gaps here). Would heartily recommend Floormania to all.
Took shortcuts and left me with buckled floors
They did not leave expansion gaps against one wall (this is a gap between the timber and the brick wall. It is needed because timber expands and contracts a little over winter and summer). Because they left the timber hard up against the wall, when the timber expands my floor has buckled up in the middle. My floor has to get ripped up to fix. A massive pain re-doing the job.
Floormania recommended I get someone to install underfloor ventilation fans to prevent any problems with the timber floor so I did that. Its not a ventilation problem.
Recommend to anyone - before you make final payment to your installer check that they have left expansion gaps around all edges.
And don't use Floormania at Concord.

I posted the review above and its not a fair review. Unfortunately true local will not let me edit or remove it.
I didn't bother to call floormania about the problem because I have had bad experiences with builders and electricians not fixing their work. I should have called floormania before posting the review.
When I did speak to floormania they agreed to come and inspect it straightaway and have booked in a time to fix it. Floormania have been quite fair about it so if I could remove or edit the review I would (if Truelocal would allow that).
