The WORST service I have experienced in every field. It took them more than a month to get the pet for a washing machine, witch could be ok if they didn't dragging me along by lying on the time, not answer to my multiple phone calls or text messages. The person that comes to the house is a man that doesn't speak at all, it looks at you like you annoying him by being there and he just doesn't care. He plays with the machine without asking question if he doesn't know how to function it, and when help offered .. he gives you that look again and no answer. He flooded how hallway TWICE and that is both times he has been here. Please do t use this people

my family have used this company for approx.15yrs & now that I have started my own family I have used them twice now. I am so happy with the outcome not only did they come & see me the very next day after I called at 6:30pm the night before hoping to get lucky (which I did yay) they fixed my dishwasher on the spot. The second time there was a problem with my oven & they did have to order a part in which took about 5days & I haven't had a problem since. I strongly recommend this company as I love that there is the same owner for 20yrs+, I pretty much always speak to the same person & so has my mum & its always the same gentleman that comes to do the repair. The price is always great & me parents agree as I said they have used them a lot of times now & have said that the price has always been so good and amazingly has not changed much in the last 20yrs (weird but good). So bad I can't even put in words part was suppose to come in 2 days and it arrive in 3 weeks. Charge me almost $400 and they didn't fix it, their rude on the phone and never wanted to give money back. Don't get this people to fix anything.
