No idea what customer service is. I've been here twice recently and both times i was the only person waiting to be served but there was something more interesting on the desk. Then the glasses i wanted had uneven arms but the girl wouldn't take out a new pair, i could only buy the displsy pair as is. What an awful place to shop
Mercy hit the nail on the head. I was ignored when I entered the shop. Worst part is I really wanted to buy some good specs but the staff seemed more interested in anyone else in their store but me.

To the contrary! The customer service was great, and the staff were delightful and extremely patient with my 2hour state of indecisiveness over which sunglass contoured the structure of my rather awkwardly shaped face. They were generous with discounting and offered me a complementry spray to maintain the condition of my new designer sunglasses. They were not only helpful but an absolute pleasure to be serviced by. If your looking for a good pair of sunglasses at a great price i would definitely recommend a drop into Florentine eyewear. They surpassed my extreme expectations! :)
When I went to DFO homebush I had good sunglasses in mind...now I know the name of bad customer service and stock. From a grumpy and rude salesperson to the less than spectacular presentation it is hard to nail what I hate more about this store. But then when I wanted to buy the only good sunglasses I figured it out...even the items inside that glass desk of theirs are awful. Seriously bypass this store.
