Florist Gardens

Love the baby hampers, so adorable....but....Have spoken to the owner over the phone before and she was rude, just put it down to her having a bad day or unable to talk politely on the phone to a potential customer. Walk in there today and every word that came out of her mouth was snarly , unprofessional and uninviting. Tried to keep being nice and ignoring the judgey, poor attitude and kept looking around but just got cold looks, will not be back or buying anything from her store again. I work in retail, this isn't how you treat any customers even bad ones.

Outstanding service, I do not order flowers much so i was really lost for what i wanted. I just wanted something bright and happy. The lady on the phone made it easy for me as i got given ideas that i could choose from. My dear friend that received the flowers thought they were just beautiful.

I was very pleased with service and value for money.

I went to many florists around Cairns over the past year to sort my wedding flowers for my big day... i was let down so many times and the customer service i had gotten i was not impressed. BUT then i came across Nicole and her beautiful staff. It came to my special day and the flowers were amazing, for all the time i spent looking for the right florist i feel it was well worth it when i found Florist Gardens.

My sister is now planning her wedding and again Florist Gardens will be looking after us once more.

I have always gotten fantastic service... and the flowers i have ordered have always been just beautiful. My mum just loves it when one of the Florist Gardens girls knocks at her door.

wow, finally a website that is easy to use!, I was blown away by the simplicity.

The arrangement was simply beautiful, Florist Gardens would have to be the best local florist I have used and would defiantly use them again.
