Florist Of Distinction Gympie

i don't know how much my daughter paid but I got 3 wilting gerbera 1 lilly a box of 6 chocolates that was wet through and a bottle of wine.I have no doubt my daughter paid top dollar for inferior goods,will make sure this will not happen again.

So so so disappointing to discover that unless you spend $65 with this Florist, you cannot get a bunch of flowers delivered in Gympie. In fact - the exact words from the staff on the phone were "you will only get a few wrapped gerberas unless you spend $65 on the Florists choice package".

Poor customer service. The good news is - another florist in town came up with a much better option, speedy delivery & outstanding service.

Florist of Distinction at 46 Mary St, Gympie, Qld took an order from Teleflora. I paid for same day deliver at 11am on Friday for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. Teleflora forwarded my order on at 2pm and the florist then called my parents and asked them to drive distance to pick of the flowers the next day.

I tried calling long distance fees to Teleflora to ask for the florists contact details and was put on hold for 20 minutes, in which time I hung up. This service is unacceptable. I paid for same day service and my parents have many house guests and are hosting a very large 50th wedding anniversary on the day that they were asked to pick up their own surprise flowers?

This has ruined my surprise for my parents and disappointed them as the florist canceled the order misinterpreting my distraught as abuse which it definitely was not. _ MRN
