Ordered flowers for the first time after receiving some spam last week. Thought I would give them a go...placed an order for flowers on Wednesday to be delivered Friday. The flowers were not delivered and left several messages to try and rectify via e-mail, their message bank and with an overseas call centre. Finally, got through to someone on Monday morning who guaranteed delivery with apology note. Flowers received nearly 5pm, no apology to recipient...so much for Mother's Day flowers! Apparently, they lost my order and payment...very disappointing that I had to chase them up rather than them following up.Shouldn't be that difficult for a Florist to fill an order for flowers.
