Excellent customer service, unfortunately it ends there. I am on my 5th pair of Florsheim shoes in 3 years, unfortunately the last 3 pairs have all had issues with the leather upper detaching from the sole. The first pair were understandably 12 months old, the second pair were 4 months old when i had them replaced under warranty and the 3rd and final pair which were the warranty replaced ones have now also failed after only 8 weeks. I will be throwing them out and finding a better quality replacement shoe. I would have expected a little more from a ~$250 pair of shoes.
I've gotten my last couple of pairs of shoes from Florsheim and I'm always pleased with both the quality and the price. The first pair were black suit shoes for working in and they've held up really well, and were around 150 dollars. The second pair are my casual shoes, and they are incredibly comfortable, and while most shoes I've worn usually haven't lasted more than a few months, this pair has already lasted over a year and are still in a good condition, despite wearing them constantly.
Will be getting my next pair from them as well.
