These plumbers are REALLY BAD! Took almost 2 weeks to unblock a sewer then sent a bill for $16,000. They definitely took advantage of our trust. We never anticipated that sort of cost. Under no circumstances could I recommend them. We feel foolish for employing them, I wish we had read these reviews first.

Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. These horrible people took advantage of my elderly father with dementia. Unknown to me, my dad rang Flow King and my dad has obvious dementia and didn't get any other quotes. They charged him over $12000 for a 3 day job that 2 apprentices attended to, one of the apprentices was in his first year . I visited and saw the sham but it was too late...Shame on you Flow King....Would you treat your own elderly father the same way?.....

Terrible service. Took 6 hours plus to turn up, unprofessional, didn't clean up, damage to floor and didn't deliver on service. Do not believe their website. Avoid yourself a headache.
