I will NEVER use Flower Sales again! I ordered an arrangement for my Mothers 65th birthday requesting delivery for the next day and left my phone number in case they needed to contact me. The day of her birthday I received an email at 11:30am which I didn't see until 12:30pm stating the credit card hadn't gone though. I called the contact number and was left on hold so I sent an email asking them to call me. My next opportunity to call wasn't until 4pm as I hadn't heard back from them.
When I spoke to the girl on the phone I was told my credit card had insufficient funds. I informed them that there were plenty of funds and was then told I must have entered the wrong card details.
I don't understand why they didn't call me in the morning so the payment could have been sorted and the flowers delivered on time. Very poor customer service. My Mum lives in another state and it would have been nice for her to get flowers on her birthday. Very Angry!!
Never again! I ordered flowers early for valentines day. A day later and they still haven't arrived. Their customer service is deplorable. I haven't even been able to get in touch with anyone. Nobody answers the phone nor replies to emails. I will never buy from them again
