What amazing customer service! I have used Flowers Across Melbourne twice now and both times the product and service have been second to none. The first time they couldn't deliver as the recipient wasn't home and there was no safe place to leave them. The driver was so patient with me trying to contact them and was happy to return the next day and try again at no extra cost. The second time I ordered flowers I stupidly got my hospitals mixed up, and to cut a long story short (2 people with the same name!!) the staff at Flowers Across Melbourne were incredible! Not only did they help to try and solve the problem with such kindness and patience, they sent out another bunch to the correct person the next day. I will continue to use and recommend this fantastic local small business to all my friends and family and commend them on their fantastic customer service! Thanks!

I used 'hampers across Melbourne' to buy a special gift for my brother in law. It was the perfect gift for a man. It was called ‘Morning & Night’ which included beautiful coffee, expresso martini and lovely face cream. Not only were the actual products lovely, the customer service was amazing. I accidently put the order in twice and Ellouise came back to me immediately telling me she cancelled that order and had reimbursed me. No drama! It was so quick and easy. Excellent! Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they have a section where you can add something else (eg. biscuits - delicious!). They were delivered on time to the right person, even though I ordered from a different state. I was a bit worried about selecting 'florists choice' for the arrangement I selected, but it was great. The flowers were bright, colourful and perfect. The website was easy to use, and I recieved constant updates via email about the delivery of the flowers. I would highly recommend Flowers across Melbourne for anyone (and will be using them again!).
