Disgraceful. Ordered flowers days before Valentine's Day online to receive an email ON Valentine's Day saying my wife's flowers wouldn't be delivered until 2 days after Valentine's Day. I contacted the owner Jennifer directly and all she did was give me the number for the petals network, who the order was placed through because she was too gutless to deal with me herself. Absolutely appalling.
Terribly disappointed. I am from Sydney & purchased a $130 arrangement from Flowers by Jennifer's website for Mothers Day 2015. The image was very, very different to what my mother received. Nothing like what it showed, could have spent $40 at Woolworths for the same result. NEVER AGAIN! Management refuse to accept that they didn't provide what they promised. Misleading & a total rip off! They need a lesson in customer service & honesty!
