5 stars! Berri is a regional town centre, our courier services all major Riverland towns at least once a day, each town is serviced at specific times.

I ordered flowers for a sick relative at 11.45am today to ensure they'd be delivered on time as their website said same day delivery if ordered by 2.00pm. I started to worry at 5.15pm why the flowers hadn't yet been delivered so i called the florist to check. Not only did the staff on the phone laugh at me and give me extremely rude attitude but also accused me of not ordering on time. I'm sorry, but if you can't get flowers delivered 7 hours after the order was received on a lazy Wednesday then you shouldn't promise people these time frames.



I usually order flowers elsewhere as they were always friendly and also a lot cheaper with FREE delivery. I regret giving this company my money and will never make the same mistake again.
