Had a bad experience with this company flowers-express (also known as teleflora). Ordered a flower arrangement online on 13th Jan 2011 (http://www.flowers-express.com.au/pd_lava1.cfm) for a relative that was ill. The picture on the website was so beautifully presented. However I was mortified to see the flower arrangement my relative received was nothing like what was shown on their website. The flower arrangement we received looked like someone just picked the flowers from their backyard, I was totally humiliated. Made a complaint to the company about how disappointed I was of their service, as the flowers we received was nothing like what was shown on their website. I requested that the flowers as shown on their website to be re-sent to my relative. Had to chase my complaint with the company about three times before I received a final response.
