Unreliable! Spent $150 on Valentine's roses to be delivered to an address IN THE SAME SUBURB. I even received verbal confirmation that delivery was on track, when i followed up on the morning of delivery. Cut to 4pm that afternoon and i spent 1 hour chasing up via phone (didn't pick up 9 times), only to find out they wouldn't be delivered that day as promised. They couldn't even organise an after-hours drop off. Watch these guys. They suck.

I've received 12 roses from Flowers Link on Valentine day. I understand that it's their busiest time of the year, but never the less one hope that they wont compromise on quality. When flowers arrives they weren't very good quality with black marks on them. and 2 roses have not even lasted 2 days. When I looked at them they were rotting at the stem. Very disappointing

I've just started using FlowersLink for our city office. Very impressed with their arrangements thus far.
