Very disappointed with the service. I organised for a morning flowers delivery. No one showed up at all. No contact to say things were late or delayed or there were problems. I had organised the flowers as a surprise and to not have them show up at all ruined the moment. Called the next day and got a refund....for that I give one star. Not recommended.
This place does not even rate a star. The customer service and quality of flowers is beyond poor. You can buy better plants or flowers at Coles or Bunnings for much less. Do not waste your hard earned cash. They do not fulfill your order for what you pay. Order wasn't delivered till 730pm! Not good enough! Do yourself a favour and Order from anywhere else except for here. I highly recommend ordering from a reputable company like Pearsons or Interflora.
I ordered a succulent arrangement and I was sent an email email (no phone call) the day after advising there were no succulents left in stock and that I could only have a flower arrangement up to the value paid.
I advised the company that I didn't want a floral arrangement in place of the succulents (flowers did not suit the receiver) and to cancel the order. I was then charged a $15 cancellation fee which they are refusing to refund.
The item being out of stock was not my fault, however I'm stung with the cancellation fee as it's "thei r policy".
They keep referring me to the terms and conditions which clearly state under REFUNDS that if you opt for a refund, no cancellation fees will be charged. Obviously they have no clue about consumers rights under the ACL.
This company is a joke and they need a good compliance team, otherwise I see a massive fine coming their way!
Used this company for the first time last week and all I can say is never again!!! the flowers that were delivered were nothing like the arrangement on the website. The flowers were so small I would hardly think they were worth less!!! When I complained they said they couldn't do anything if I didn't take a photo of the flowers. I received the email at 5pm from flowersales advising me to take a photo however the flowers were given to the employee prior to this time. When I responded that I wasn't able to take a photo as I received the email after giving it to the employee they said they couldn't do anything about the situation. In addition, the staff taking details on the phone couldn't speak English very well, and I spent almost 1/2 an hour detailing a very brief message to be sent with the flowers. Do not use this company, ordered 4 days in advance and flowers never arrived.
Still trying to get in contact with anyone there that can organise a refund.
Sales staff palm me off by giving the number to head office who don't answer, left them a voice message and 2 emails and still yet to hear a word from them.
Completely useless and i will be warning anyone i can to stay far away from this poor excuse of a business.
