Allen came to my house to remove a tree root growing in the sewage pipe from the house. The root was cut and the pipe seemed clear. However, after a week or so we noticed water would back up into the ground floor shower. I asked if he could come and take a look, and I discussed the possibility the root was stuck further along the pipe toward the envirocycle, causing the new blockage. He said that could not be the case. I offered that if the blockage turned out to be a tree root, not attached to a tree, it was more than likely the original root and he should clear it without charge. if, however, it was something else, I would be happy to pay for the blockage to be cleared. He refused point blank, saying if he came out he would be paid regardless. I called someone else and the blockage was indeed a severed tree root near the envirocycle.. So, in essence, I had paid for a blockage to be relocated.. Hence the zero star rating ...
