The location and fit out can't be beaten, it's right on the water so you can watch the tide come in and out at Careening Cove. Chunky wooden tables and replica Tolix stools, throw rugs and newspapers give it a homely feel. Coffee and tea are good, you order pay at the counter, and food is brought to your table. I didn't award five stars as I thought it was not good to have the avocado and feta on sourdough, this dish was just one thin slice of sourdough, not only did this make it over-priced, it was messy to eat, as the feta and avocado fell off, a second slice would've created a lid to keep it in place. Having said that, I will return but next time I think I will go for a salad.
