i have always and always will go to this store as it is clean and great they do have a sign of guarantee all around the store! as for buying a cat with cat flu how silly, u would not buy one let alone sell one maybe it got sick from its new home! and as for treating a cat with cat flu, well we all know that takes time so y not take it back asap if IF it was sick so i dont agree that it was sick at all as i have always delt through the nice staff they always ask if u need a hand and alway tell u everthing u need to know! u guys r the best store i have walked into unlike alot of the old dirty ones! keep up the good work flynns!
I bought a kitten from this store which had the cat flu. Most of their kittens died as a result of the infection and although mine survived it has ongoing problems which they refused to cover (According to Flynn's they guarantee the health of their pets). It took me weeks to get them to accept to give me any of my money back and they said they would only do so if I gave them the kitten back to them... at this point my kitten had recovered and I had paid out a lot of money in vet costs. They refused a partial refund and I was unwilling and unable to give the cat back as it was a birthday present for my boyfriend.
