Flynns Beach Resort is a unique setting in a sub-tropical hideaway, with a natural creek running through the gardens and pathways - yet only three minutes walk from the fabulous Flynns Beach. Not just a block of apartments but a total experience! Flynns Beach Resort offers spacious and modern two bedroom fully self-contained apartments, sleeping up to four persons. All the apartments are self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens, full private laundry facilities, linen etc. The resort is set in a sub-tropical hideaway with pathways that meander through gardens, our natural creek and koala corridor! The kids will just love feeding our friendly wildlife including ducks, turtles, eastern water dragons and the famous chatty Peppermint Park cockatoos! We have picnic and barbecue areas, two swimming pools both with shallow toddler sections, full size tennis court, gym, kid’s activity area and a Restaurant on site.
Wow...Fantastic..We enjoyed our holiday in this resort in August 2012.. We paid $109/night for spa room. Absolutely gorgeous and worth for price. All apartments were very neat and clean. Heated swimming pool was nice too. Great for the kids as well as adults. We will definitely return to this place for another relaxing holiday. Thanx Flynns Beach Resort team for your great service.
On arrival the premise looked wonderful, the apartment came fully equipped and clean, then the problems started. The fridge started leaking, the couch was badly ripped, releasing white fluff everywhere (management advised repair men were called, but not repair date set) we had water leaking in our kitchen for the whole trip. Cockroaches were spotted often, including kitchen bench. We had one night of water pipes rattling non-stop. The security keys were annoying as they refused to work a lot of the time and we had to wait for maintenance a lot. The management was advised on 3 separate occasions that we did not wish for any one, including house keeping coming in our rooms when we were out however one morning I come out of the shower, stark naked, only to find a staff member in the lounge! We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 bedroom, 3 level accommodations. Balconies, a back deck/bbq area, fully air-conditioned, large private garage, fully equipped full size private laundry and kitchen. Enough beds for 2 adults (queen) + 4 guests/children. 2 bathrooms. Beautiful pool area and a walk across the road to the beach. Cable television to each townhouse was included in the price. We loved it so much here, we could have easily moved in and stayed! My highest recommendation to families.
