Terrible place. The hair dressers do not even understand English. Do a terrible job. Waste of time and money.

One of the most disappointing haircuts of my life - the woman couldn't even aim the spray properly, and would wet my face before proceeding to cut my hair. After a few minutes, she'd miraculously notice that my hair was ACTUALLY dry, and would proceed to wet my face again, before continuing to cut my hair.

The actual cut itself took around 20minutes, consisting of 18 minutes with the electric razor around the sides of my heads and only 2 minutes actually spent cutting a bit off the top (I'm a male with a generic short sides and top is swept to one side). Somehow she managed to botch the job of taking a bit off the top as well and I ended up walking out looking like a pineapple.

100% would not recommend - it might have just been the hairdresser I had (short plump woman who looks like she doesn't care about anything) so at the very least, avoid her at all costs.

Dont come here ever, the hairdresser is so impatient and acts like just wake up on the wrong side of the bed to work. My hair are more messy after cut. First time and last time for sure. This is the one on the plaza side.

DO NOT GO TO "SUNNY", she was honestly one of the rudest hair stylist I've came across. She was very impatient, and did not cut my hair as what I asked for. She chopped in a STRAIGHT LINE, a lot shorter than expected, and with absolutely no layering. when I pointed it out to her, she acted in a very unprofessional manner and acted as if it was my fault. She finished my whole haircut in 5 mins and honestly just did not seem to care about her client's hair. The manager/boss there was however quite nice, I guess I was just unlucky that I got her to cut my hair. BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO HER.

I just got back from this place, been here like three times already!! I live all the way in Dulwich Hill but I come here because the staff are really nice, and unlike other salons who are literally afraid of my hair because its too thick this store does the job really good. I've got to admit that the it is pricey, but every time I go there they surpass my expectations. There's this lady that did my hair today, I think her name was Ha- something she did such a good job with the coloring and she was really patient as well. Another thing is, some of their English isn't that good so it's important to communicate slowly. For me on the bonus, I can speak and understand a bit of Korean, so the communication isn't so much a factor. Also, they play K-pop sometimes so yay for that. This place makes me feel welcome all the time, personally putting my bag in safety and offering me coffee to drink ^^

I am very happy with the service, and will be coming back for my next hair colour!
