I had an appointment at the end of October with Courtney. I went in for a subtle balayage colour. My concern was I would have orange hair so $381 later I walked out definitely not subtle but orange. I expressed I wasn't happy. I went in the following day for a toner. I went back and spoke to Courtney as I still wasn't happy. I booked in again and was quoted $150 to fix it. I went in and got the silent treatment whilst having it done. I got shoved over to the apprentice to tone it and dry it off. Whilst she was drying it off I noticed it had a blue/green tone. I queried it so they retoned it. I was then charged $220 as opposed to the original $150 I was quoted. I called 2 days ago as my hair has washed to a green tone and was told I would get a call back in ten minutes. So I haven't had a response and I have paid $600 so far for green hair.
This place is awful. DO NOT GO! They over charged me and messed up my hair, I wanted blonde tips and they made my whole hair orange. They tried to pretend it was my fault and that it would 'fade' it did NOT fade. They didn't offer me any refund or even to fix it. Now I have orange hair and am $250 out of pocket. What a load of rubbish. Any place is better than this place. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
I do know for a fact that all the FMK Hair salons have a 100% Guarantee on all their cuts and colours and will fix anything that a client is Unsatisfied with!
You should call on Monday and ask for the manager to fix it!

Courtney did my hair end of October. I paid $381. I was specific about no orange in my hair. Following day went in for a toner. Still not what I wanted. Two weeks later went in for correction (I was given the silent treatment the whole time in the chair) and paid $220. Whilst they were drying my hair off it was blue/green. I queried it so back to the sink for a toner. My hair is still a shade of green. I left a message 2 days ago explaining what's happened and was told Courtney would call me back in 10 mins. I'm still waiting. No customer service.
