Focus on Families

Focus on Families is an early support and preventative service for Macarthur families with young children who have been identified as needing support. This can be because they have a child with a disability, they need practical help with twins or triplets, they hare having difficulty adjusting to a new baby, mothers have post natal depression or another illness/disability, or they are socially isolated, having no family or friends living close by for support.
Families are linked with trained volunteers who are able to support them as they learn to cope, improve their confidence and build better lives for their children. We increase families connections to other parents and their local community networks.
