Focus Plumbing

So rude on the phone, Unprofessional to the extreme. It looks like they have not improved in 6 years. Do not use! Plenty of great plumbers out there.

Had an issue with water going hot a cold, on and off every quickly.

I called one of the plumbers (Jason) to come around to take a look and he said to call him in 2 days, called in 2 days then said he will get another plumber to attend and call me back in a hour then never called back, I had to get another plumbing company to come in and take a look.

I saw the same plumber when he passed by and said he was never meant to call me back. Larry the owner isn't any better to deal with and I will never be using them again.

Utility Tap neck broke off mixer. First plumber came to fix it back on and left. He didn't check his work or test the tap before he left. It was leaking. Focus Plumbing sent out someone else.

The second guy came and acknowledged that the tap was still leaking, and he said he will go get parts to fix the tap. He disappeared for nearly an hour. No clue where he was or if he was coming back. No communication what so ...read more

Extremely rude! Spoken to very poorly over the phone. Would not recommend

Extremely poor service, rude, unprofessional. I would advise anybody considering using this company to avoid at all costs.
