i took my dual sim samsung to have the screen replaced and when i arrived back 90 mins later i saw a number of sms had just been reveived with a summary of roaming charges accumulating as the sim card manager had been changed from my local sim to my international sim for calls, texts and data.
i raised the issue with the staff who denied any wrong doing and then was put on the phone the the arrogant british manager from their bondi store who told me its not his problem and to take it up with consumer affairs. they clearly (and im sure accidently) changed the sim card settings but refused to own up to it, ...read more

Brought a iPad to fix a cracked screen, asked whether or not there was water damage which I said no, when I picked it I was informed that unfortunately warranty (3 months) wouldn't be provided because there was water damage (which I don't believe was the case).
I then inspecting the iPad and noticed that the glass replacement was faulty (luckily I noticed before taking it away) so they offered to replace it again which further damaged the iPad aluminium frame.
Overall not impressed with the service and lack of communication (would be good to know the pros and cons prior to proceeding and the fact that warranty wouldn't be provided if water damager was present rather than here is your iPad, $120 thank you and by the way, no warranty).

Whilst they were fast in repairing my phone, they had a special on then said it wasn't available when I arrived. They told me they were putting genuine Apple parts on my iPhone I don't believe this to be so, as one week later when the phone dropped it smashed into pieces. I have had many iPhones and they don't break on that kind of impact, but when they do crack they just crack and not fall apart like this one did. I will never use them again.
