Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Staff technician, Alex, displayed exceptional customer service and professionalism, as I enquired if she could help me setup and fix my new IPhone 14 Pro, which was replete with App Glitches. She didn’t hesitate to help, and fixed all my phone issues. Thanks Alex! And thanks staff!! Def tech savvy!! What a contrast to ‘Apple Staff;’ they were just plain rude. I’ll shop @ fone king again.

The place is terrible and customer service is the worse.They broke my phone and charge me for it. I had to go there 4 times and each time a botton was broken on the top of the other problems. I just wanted to change a simple battery but my phone is completely useless. I had to buy a bew phone. Which part of my review is against your wierd rules ?
My review was deleted first time but I am a real customer and I have the receipt to prove it. It is sad you assume if a review is negative so it must be fake but positive reviews quickly publish.I keep writing my real review until one day it is pubished.
This is not fair and let people inform each other about the scam business around the city.

Excellent customer service. I had my iPad glass replaced. The casing was already slightly bent and they would not rest until they had it perfect. Lived up to their warranty. Great, friendly staff.
