My partner and I chose Harbor Room to host our wedding ceremony and reception and overall, we had a mixed experience, some good and some not-so-good. We are hoping that this review provides some insight into our lessons learnt so that other couples can avoid the not-so-good experiences.
Things did not start well with Food and Desire’s sales team. They had advertised a promotion called ‘You Deserve the Best’ however when we called the sales lady to enquire, the details she provided us was substantially different to the promotion. To clarify, we provided evidence of their promotion but was still unable to get a straight answer from the sales lady, so we had to escalate to the Sales Manager.
