Very poor business ethics towards loyal customers and extremely bad service!
We are a small family business and have used Foodboss’ services for 3 years. We always paid our bills in time and have been a loyal customer storing up to 80 pallets in their warehouse. One day, we were shocked when Foodboss advised that they had increased their delivery fees by 140%! A few weeks later, we received an email from their General Manager that they want us to leave their warehouse in order to make room for a larger customer of theirs.
