Food Court Family Restaurant

My husband, daughter, grandson and myself were at this place last night, it cost us almost $90 for the four of us. The food that was there looked as though it had been there from lunch time, there was not much selection and what was there under the guise of hot food wasn't, it was cold, unappetising and disgusting, a vegetable spring roll was still FROZEN. When I complained, it was the usual display of poor English and not understanding. When I showed the staff member the frozen spring roll she took another from the display, broke it in half, stuck her finger in then offered it to me.......I didn't even ask for a refund, we couldn't wait to get out. I would never go there again and would suggest that no one else does. It is 24 hours since we were there and thank ourselves lucky that none of us has food poisoning. I am considering reporting them to Dept of Health, I feel so strongly about this disgusting place.......

I've been there last Saturday night. The food has changed and got better, especially the deserts. Lots of seafood came out they were fresh.. I like the garlic prawns. Lovely place for family dinning and I 'll get there next time!

I was really happy with food court family resturant. I went to dinner there the other night with my 2 kids, husband, mother and father in law. There was a variety of food for the whole family. It really hard finding food that fits my whole family taste bugs.I thought that food was a reasonable pricing. The food was warm and the staff was very friendly. The soft drink for $3.80 with free refill was enjoyable because it meant i didn't have to keep paying for another glass of drink. It was nice it was a fully licensed place, so that me and my partner could have a few glasses. It was overall a very nice place to take the whole family.

I was very happy at Dickson Family Food Court. I love the concept of all you can eat, and despite the poor reviews decided to try it for my self. I have eaten at restaurants extensively and have high standards.

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids arrived famished in Canberra and I wanted an inexpensive family friendly restaurant.

Well, where do I start!?

The food could of been displayed better by toddlers. Only the flies on our table enjoyed the food. The staff are rude. They have a range of seafood there but I'd rather eat sushi from a vending machine. The 50c ice water had garlic in it. They also have yet to learn that heat is an integral part of the cooking process. The homeless wouldn't eat here if it were free. Seriously though if you plan on going to the Food Court Restaurant take a look at the staff on the way in because thats the last time youll see them. I wouldn't go back there if you were paying.
