Foodland

I got a pair of socks 2 weeks ago, and I went to Foodland today to get a refund because I got the wrong socks, and the manager told me it was impossible because I changed my mind. I didn't change my mind. I just got the wrong one and would like to exchange it.

If you don't know according to consumer rights for refund, "you must offer a refund to consumers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the consumer within 14 days of receiving the good back. They do not have to provide a reason".

I'm very upset that Foodland doesn't provide a correct procedure by law.

we have shopped locally for 20 years an have found foodland to be the best locally owned supermarket around. the fruit and veg are always fresh and well priced, the meat is top quality, and the deli section has a varied selection of goods.

This place is great...After the recent re-furbishment and increased range of products this place is pleasure to shop at. Has good parking and easy to access.
