I hate supermarkets in general, but this one I actually like going to. There's no constant babble of recorded voices telling you what to buy, the occasional music is subdued not destroying my eardrums, and the staff are friendly and helpful without being phony or "in-yer-face". Sure the staff are a bit hard pressed at busy times, but usually they keep everything moving along pretty well.

Sadly, the one thing that lets this store down badly is that whatever day or time you go there you'll find half the shelves empty. It's almost as if the proprietors are trying to run the business into the ground. If you mention it to the staff they're most apologetic but can only mumble about late deliveries. As is inevitable with Sod's law, it's always the items I'm short of that are missing from the shelves.

Sorry but over the past 12 months this store is gone down hill, went there Thursday afternoon to get a Powerball ticket waited for over 10 minutes then walked out another customer was waiting there also, the girl on the counter looked at us and just kept serving the next customer going thru the checkout. Went there on Friday afternoon to buy some chicken wings, three customers waiting both sales assistants were in back room laughing and giggling away, when one finally walked out with a rude attitude said "have you a number or who has a number, I just pointed and said that lady is first, next assistant comes out and says the same, once we got served it was the same attitude as to other customers, no please, no thank-you, just what to you want!, and the same rudeness is on the check-outs, honestly if you want customers to come back get some staff who care and who are polite and sorry this rudeness is even shown by older staff there, a please and a thank ...read more

Training in customer service they really do need,
