Foot Locker

I just went here for buying me pair of shoes but I did not find store as good as others and staff was not helpful as well. Need to improve

Looked around the store as sales staff ignore me. Found a shoe to try on, no measuring of my foot or questions about what type of shoe I was looking for. Didn't have my size but thought I could try anyway. No advice given. In all this at least they were friendly & prices seemed ok - but if I'm going to buy from a specialty shoe store I'd expect a lot more customer service & expertise.

Went there looking for a pair of shoes to help with knee problems. The staff member who served me was terrific. He measured my feet and got me to walk on some machine which measures pressure points. Then he made several suugestions for shoes and also suggested insoles. I'm very happy with the pair of shoes I bought and with the service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I would like to see lower prices.
