I had the worst experience ever at this place today. I placed my order for a lamb kebab with garlic and chilli sauce before all the other people that came after me but received my kebab after everyone else. When I questioned the girl who served me why is this the case she told me to ask the boss who happens to be serving next to her. His response is its under new management and that he was sorry. Not good enough! I will never come back to this place. It's was a frustrating experience to say the least.
This place is a stand out amongst the many others that dot Footscray. The staff are happy to go out of their way to please customers. The kebabs here are always decent sized, and the meat is well flavoured and there's ample garlic sauce which distinguishes it amongst the rest. I would definitely recommend this place.
With a number of kebab stores in Footscray, it's hard to know which one to go to. I've been going to this one for a number of years, I felt the quality has dropped a little, but still good. The serving size is very large, so best to go with a small if you're not a big eater. Overall, great value for money, you'll be full for under $10.
